Help! Installation problems with Photo Explosion 3.0

I purchased Nova Development Photo Explosion 3.0 which is Vista Compatible or at least they say and everytime I run disk 1, 3/4 of the way through it comes back Wizard Interupted and system has not be changed and then it closes. I called Nova and Emailed them.....
They have sent me 2 install disks at different times and still nothing. They claim they cannot create the problem there because all there machines are running it and they have no problems but based on the tons of people having the same problem, I would say their programmers and designers need another course in customer satisfaction and fixes. I cannot take mine back either and like I told them, they must have put a great deal of time and money into their packaging which catches the eye however it does not seem to catch the computer......I have uninstalled all my spyware , virus and firewall programs and still the same old saying " The wizard was interrupted.....etc etc etc Duh
