Help installing Mediawiki

    I can't get mediawiki installed. I have is on my server and everything, and I have all the correct infomation in the forms on the config page.

    When I hit the install button, a message comes up saying:
    What does error 1045 mean? And I put my username techwa_sean, in the form, but for some reason mediawiki has decided to use 'techwa_sean@indi.dailydns.com, which is wrong. How do I stop this?
