help installing mobo drivers

ok, i have to install these drivers for a friend.
i'm worried about "flashing" the drive because apparently, you can kill it.
since they lost their cd that came with the mobo, they want me to fix it for them *lucky me*
it's the A7N8X-VM mobo (from england)
im on the asus site now, which download do i use, and how do i do it, so i dont mess it up.
im fairly comfortable doing it, just dont want to kill their mobo.
have to do this in a couple of hours so if anyone can help me, it'd be really appreciated, thanks.
