Help installing windows xp

Hello everyone who reads this. I need help installing windows I have 2 cd/dvd drives. I done something on BIOS and my monitor wouldnt turn on.. I have posted another thread about that and it's been dealt with . Anyway after I used the jumpers from my cd drive and put them on cmos to reset it I put the jumper back in exactly the same place I took it from. Finally my pc turned on and I tried to install windows xp. It gets to a blue screen and says Please insert windows xp service pack 2 into Drive A. (i'm guessing that drives a floppy drive but I do not have a floppy drive). I have tried putting the disc in both of my drives but no luck. I have tried to change a few settings on BIOS too and put them back to the original settings but I cannot get it to work.
Anyone know what I must do?

Only one of your cd-dvd drives will boot to windows, one is master and thats the one you need the disc to be in, reset cmos to defaults. Set boot order to cd rom first, you should get windows installed with no sp2 screens. ed

 

Hello, thanks for your recomendations. I have reset cmos and bios to defualts, changed boot order to cd rom first but it still says enter service pack 2 cd. My friend has the cd and I put the cd in but nothing happend it still said insert Service Pack 2 into Drive A.
Isn't drive A meant to be a floppy drive? I haven't got 1..
I went into bios and saw that my computer thinks I have a floppy drive, I disabled it but then it said something NTLDR or restart computer.
Does anyone know how to get around this problem?
