Help! Ip tracing

    Hi all!
    I need help, if possible. I run a guestbook, and have been innundated by someone that is using a g-mail, and yahoo account. The IP address changes everytime, and the posts are pornographic and just disgusting!! Is there ANY way to trace these emails??

    In short you can lookup ip owners via http://www.dnsstuff.com/ but as likely as its a botnet, with many pcs, its not gonna do you very much good. Good luck through.

    I had similar problems on the forum I assist in running, and finally was forced to blanket ban all .info e-mail addresses. While that won't help your problem, you might try installing a captcha instead. It should halt spambots, though the users might not like it.
