I had made a change in bios that i guess i should'nt have, i disabled internal VGA graphics or some crap, next thing i know the computer stopped sending a signal to the monitor, so then i used the reset system config method by changing some jumpers oh by the way i have a K9N2G NEO motherboard, anyway long story short i keep getting a CMOS checksum bad message, i can load windows by pressing f2 where it says load defaults, but then when i try to open anything besides windows explorer, and internet explorer, i see the hourglass for a second and then nothing else happens i dont know what to do at allll

did you remember to set the jumper cap back to original position after the reset?

CMOS checksum error can happen when the battery's having a problem, Is it holding the date and time?
CMOS checksum errors sometimes require that you enter set-up, check and save your settings, and exit set-up a second time. Also check that the settings are correct especially front side bus settings.

My mates crappy catalogue bought PC used to do this , my solution was
1 - Replace the CMOS battery with the exact same type regardless of it's age. (They are CR2032 in most PC's)
    - I had to use a small amount of aluminium foil to pad the battery as the contacts were a bit 'generous' to get a nice snug fit.
2 - Reset CMOS using jumper in reset mode, hold it there for at least 3-5 seconds, replace it to it's original position.
3 - Enter BIOS set up mode and set the Date and Time then [Save and Exit]

The rest of the BIOS settings are more specific to what you have in your system but if you have a graphics card and your motherboard has 'on board' graphics you should 'Disable on board graphics' and set 'Display Mode' to VGA
If you dont have a graphics card installed then 'Enable on board graphics'
the exact function differs between different BIOS's but generally will say 'OnChip or Onboard or Display adapter' but you get the general idea :)
