HELP Laptop Problems

    Have serious probs with my laptop since I installed,from disc,aKodak prog for digitalphotoframe.
    Programme loaded and then lappy was Donald Ducked.
    Although I restored factory settings and internet and e-mail work computer will notshutdown.
    Also tried to download from intenet but half way through lappy 'hangs'
    Have run System Restore,Windows Defender,Dell PC tune up plus F-Secure anti virus. All say system is Ok
    Any ideas as to what I should try next?
