help looking for mobo manual

i have been looking all day can someone help me find a manual for a
PAM 0056I E mobo so i can hook it up because it has no markings for where to put the power button or reset or even the hdd light

now i cant seem to get it to post? it turns on but no video no beeps what could be causeing this?

 

Make sure all the wires are connected correctly. Your jumpers settings are correct. Your Video card is functional and seated corrected. The CPU is fully seated. Do you have the correct memory for this board?

How long have your had this MoBo? The Video Card, CPU, MoBo or PSU may be bad.

 

well i just got it i think last month from goodwill the computer was made back in 96 as far as i can tell everything is hooked up right i tryied different ram different video all different stuff the only thing that was bad in it was its hdd

 

It's definetly a hardware problem. So, I would start with the connections then work from there. Anything could have gone wrong between the time you took it apart and put it back together.
