Help me cool my system plz

Sup, I got's a LapTop

3.6mh 512. radeon 9000 bla bla, the thing gets hot... and bit 2 Hot, and i am gonna upgrade to a 1gig of RAM soon, so i wanted to know what are.. if any... ways to make my laptop very cool, i feel since my video card isn't that great, if i keep it extra cool it for sure will run games better+ it's on alot

"also this coolin system is only for home use, so like if it's something on the side thats fine, or built-in, i would even like something built-in and on the side i want this thing to be chill

anyhow i have no idea what to do or the frist step, i sent an e-mail to sager,and requested a call back.. but it's been like over 2 days, and i more trust the peeps on this site then some dude tryin to sell me anyhtign he can

Laptops are hard to cool, because there so compact. There is basicly no room in then to install more fans, or upgrade heatsinks fans.

You might be able to get a laptop cooler like this one. I have not used this one, but something like this is all i can reccomend.

Also having your laptop cooler really wont effect performance. The only way cooling would help drasticly is in overclocking. Which is a big no no with laptops

one option you have is to open up your laptop and replace the white gunk with arctic silver. either that or invest in an expensive replacement chip that runs much cooler... although performance will be sacrificed.

You could also do what Strogg said. Get some Arctic Siler 3 or 5 and replace the thermal compound on the porcessor and GPU. Maybe some ram sinks for the video card, and your memory will make a difference to. Always remember that laptops have very limited space. Make sure something is going to fit before you use adheisive to put them on. i.e. the ram sinks.
