I am in the process of the "run me first before asking for support" page, and under msconfig, the apply button is greyed out. I tried to start both under my name and as administrator, and it is greyed out in both modes. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The apply button will be greyed out unless you have made some change. If you haven't changed anything with msconfig, then it should say normal and the apply button will be grey and you can just quit that window. If you have changed something and click on normal, then the apply button should appear. I wasn't sure from your statement if you'd tried to change anything.
