HELP ME! Internet Ex. Keeps Crashing

Everytime I go to access something that must be opened (such as insert address in my yahoo mail, or view a home on homesdatabase.com) the Microsoft error message pops up. I am not that great at computers but need some advice. It's driving me crazy! Thanks to whoever can help!!

The message is saying that "Microsoft has encountered an error and must close...do you want to send an error report?" yes or no

 

do U have SP2 install? since when? is it a home or pro edition of XP if it's XP U got?

 

Not sure if SP2 is installed. Yes, home XP. Do you have IM?

 

check in the add\remove program tab in the control pannel then check if U got the update SP2 or if U got a lot of hotfix for U'r system.

then tell me if U have the SP2.

if U have SP2 install are U using adware soft like ad aware or spybot?? if so then maybe that soft has block the registry modification that the SP2 make for some application at the first installation.

probobly sur that U'll have to uninstall the SP2 and reinstalling it with permission to modify registry entry's.

but first try to empty all U'r temps files + the internet temp files then run some adware\spyware programs.. maybe it just a adware who using U'r browser process..

 

ok, i just checked and i'm not too sure that i understand what you mean. i am not very computer savy, so i know that sp2 is support pack 2 (correct?!??). But anyway, i don't see that installed. ad aware is.
