Help me please!!! Can't remove icon!!

Hi:
New to this forum. Hope I'm in the right place and really hope somebody can help me. Have an icon pop-up on my computer labeled, "sex". Don't know where it came from, but its embarrassing-and, more important, I have kids using this computer!! Can't delete it-pops up on re-boot.

The path is listed below. I'm not really a tech/computer guy. Is there anybody that can tell me how to get rid of this??

If you're using Win XP, try going to the control panal, open system. Turn off
system restore. Delete the offending stuff. Then reboot. If that does it you
can turn system restore back on.
