Help me please!

    So, it was 2 in the morning, I decided to fix my lag once and for all.
    consent.exe was on the task manager, so I went to the folder and put it on my desktop and tried to delete it, silly me I looked at the properties and it wasn't the virus version of it.
    I forgot what folder I took it out of? Can someone tell me what folder it was?
    Also, everytime I try to play a game consent.exe runs and it slows down my computer DRAMATICALLY. Help please?

    Well it still slows my computer, I was trying to get rid of it but I read up on it more on the internet. It said I needed it. And it's not malaware or a virus. I checked. How do I make it not slow my computer down?

    That is part of Vista's UAC so I do not think there is much you can do about that. You can try to disable UAC but that is not advisable.
