Help me, Please!!!

    I'm getting drilled by spyware and hijackware. Just upgraded to XP and am inundated. Have installed Adware, Hijack This, Spygot S&D, Spyware Blaster and Crap Cleaner and am still getting hit. Help me! Also have Spyware Blocker through Earthlink, but it's still slamming me. I have a Yahoo mail account and cannot forward, delete, etc. any mail. The buttons flat out don't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
