Help Me Please

I am having a problem with my Incredimail XE... Every time my messages are checked or received they automatically go to my deleted messages folder instead of my inbox... I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Incredimail and that did not work... I have also contacted Incredimail support many times but got no response... I went through all my settings for my accounts and options but nothing has resolved the problem... Does anyone have a possible solution to this problem? Any help would be appreciated...
