Help Me Please!!!!!!!!!!

Im only 15 and my mom bought me the SIM Deluxe Edition last xmas!
I put into my Windows XP computer today and tried 4 times to load it! When the auto run pops up, i pressed install...it loaded until 95% and then it said "Cannot trasfer" and i pressed ok! two seconds later, it closed out. I tried that 4 times!!

 

Im sorry the message says "component trasfer error"
Please help me somebody! u can email me at BarrelRacer1704@aol.com...I need help soon!!!

 

Maybe the disc is scratched. Not sure though
