    Alright so...
I have windows 7 and I am having trouble with logging into administrator with the password I had set for it. I am sure I haven't changed the password and I don't know why it is saying that it is the wrong one.

I also did not know I could do the password retrievable thing with the usb stick until a few hours ago, I have been trying to type it in for a while...even tried other passwords that I have for other things that have been repeated.

If someone could help me asap I would be very, very happy.

Are you sure you didn't accidentally have CAPS LOCK on when you typed the password?

Do you have another user account with Admin. privileges? If so, log into that one and go to the control panel / users / and see if you can't change the Admin password.

Did you also try going into safe mode? Did you apply a password to safe mode Admin account?

You can reset the Administrator password using Trinity Rescue Kit. Burn the iso and then boot.

    OR:
If you have access to another machine you can use this ....

    http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/

download the "Live cd version" and burn it to disc using this ....

    http://majorgeeks.com/ImgBurn_d4870.html

put the cd in the machine that is locked down and let it run, this software will give you all the windows passwords that are on that machine.

Yeah I tried going into safe mode, there is a pw on there as well. Dx

I was looking at ophcrack too, I tried to do it on this computer but it wouldn't let me download because of the pw, I didn't even think about doing it on another computer. Ty! I am going to try that.. but first, is it a safe program? Like I will be downloading it on my mothers computer, I just don't want it to screw it up or anything.
