Help Me Remember The Old Internet Explorer Accelerators

A few months back I was asking around trying to find out if there was a way to still add all the old IE accelerators back to my browser, even though Microsoft had done away with a lot of the good ones I used to use (Define with Wikipedia, Search with YouTube, etc.).

Someone posted a great link to a site who literally had tons of backup accelerators listed on a repository page with all the great old ones you could still download (and they worked as of 2017). For the life of me I can't remember the site or find the link. Does anyone know the site I'm referring to?

    Thanks!

Yup, that's correct. Thanks for confirming that. As for that thread referenced above, that is close but there was another one that had more and they were ones that I believe were officially released through Microsoft (and not created by users).

To be honest, I don't even need the site. I have all the accelerators saved in a folder in .XML format. I just can't figure out how to install them. When I drop them into the "Services" folder in the Internet Explore directory in AppData, they don't appear for some reason. And I know this is supposed to be the general location, as that's where they are on my laptop that also runs Windows 7 and they work just fine. Any thoughts?

    UPDATE

After a bit more searching, I was able to find the site on my own. It's a private page called doesnotcompute.co.uk. I highly recommend bookmarking it, as it will let people restore any old IE accelerators to mid-2000s era functionality (I love it and they are super convenient). The link is here: http://www.doesnotcompute.co.uk/accelerators/

However, I do have one final issue. I notice that when try to backup the "Services" folder where all these are housed, I can't add or remove them from IE (meaning I have to go through the "Add Accelerator" prompt to add them or hit remove in the "Add-on Manager" menu to get rid of them). Nothing I do in the folder actually effects IE. So I have to assume there is also some kind of registry entry or something stored elsewhere. Anyone know how I can back this up (encase the above site goes down and I'm unable to restore them that way)? I want to be able to install these locally on-demand.
