help my computer keeps crashing

hen have my camera on my computer keeps crashing, when the cam is not on it only does it now and then. also the personat eh other end there camera freezes nonstop, what do i have to do. i also think the comp was a shared one b i got it how do i clear all the other wok off it? please help imnot very good with computers:cry

oh yeah forgot tto say the internet keeps losing connection too when the cam is on

 

What kind of web cam do you have? How old is it? What kind of comuter do you have, and once again, how old is it? What operating system are you running (such as windows xp pro, windows 2000, etc)?
