Help, My icons won't go back when I switched messsed with TweakUI

I have to run my computer in 32-bit color mode to get them back to normal.
Anyways, I was using TweakUI and I accidentaly made my icons really low quality but I cannot get them to go back.

When I switch to 32-bit color mode then they appear to be fine but when I switch to 16-bit color mode it goes back to being crappy.
This kind of thing never used to happem

I tried setting them back with TweakUI but that didn't help.

How do I turn them back to normal in 16-bit color?

System Restore worked.
Never doing that again..........
