I was burning a DVD with a sticker last night and the sticker came off inside the DVD burner. I took the PC apart and got the DVD burner out but can't seem to get the front panel off (where the disc would come out from). I am running a Dell Dimention E310 with a Panasonic DVD burner. Can anyone advise or does anyone know where to access a chart of how to clean out a DVD burner? I am trying to avoid having to bring it into work...

    Thank you!

If this is a "standard" 5-1/4" unit, simply remove the four screws on the bottom of the unit. Gently pry apart the top cover from the unit. The front bezel is usually held in with three or four "tabs", which you can depress on the sides/top/bottom of the case. (Release the tray first by pushing in a straightened paper-clip into the small hole on the front bezel just below the tray.) The tray will "pop", and can be pulled out by hand.

Thank you - those were perfect directions. I fixed it. :)
