Help !! Need Win98 Driver Flash Drive

    Please Help!
    My Wife left off island with my lap top and I had some important data in it.
    She said she saved it to her flash drive, however, our computer at home running win98 and I do not have the driver for the flash drive, nor do I know the brand. Is there a generic brand that I can download off the net?
    My lap top had XP and and I never had this problem.

    PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Hi tjduenas, Welcome to MGs.. I have split your post from that old thread into its own as it will get more views than an old thread.


    you will need a usb driver to access your flash drive on win98 and the hard part now is which one, as far as I know their are no generic ones, you will need the manufacturers driver for that flash drive, but as you say sadly you don't know the model!

    only option I have for you is either, a friend or work have XP on their PC and would they let you get your data off the drive?
