help needed, iexplorer 6

i have this one little tincy wincy question:
WHERE CAN I GET AN UPDATE FOR IEXPLORER 5.1 (win2000, service pack 4 installed), TO UPDATE IT TO AT LEAST IEXPLORER 5.5, WITHOUT HAVING TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET WHILE RUNNING SETUP?
i need this update, because i cannot share my internet connection(rpc server unavailable, services are all started however), and thereby cannot connect to the internet with the os iam trying to update...
