help needed please!!

    Hi im trying to install an AGP video card on my PII it has an AGP slot and the card fits but when i put it in and start the computer nothing comes up only a blank screen with beeping sounds...
    I put another video card in and i started AIDA32 and it told me that my AGP is disabled so im thinking that is why my card isnt working.
    SYSTEM INFO:
    INTEL i440LX PCIset
    MOTHERBOARD - Shuttle HOT-637
    BIOS - Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG

    IF ANYONE CAN HELP ENABLE MY AGP I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT

    i couldnt find it in my bios...
    do i have to upgrade my bios to enable it?

    i dunno how old it is but i couldn't find the AGP section in my bios...
