Help needed with Hotmail

Hello everyone, you all have a great thing going here and I really enjoy the site. This is my first post but i have browsed several times before. My problem is dealing with hotmail. I use hotmail as my main email for work and personal. This problem has just started and here is whats happening. I send emails to the is one company. Their email address is the @companyname.com (insert their business name) Everytime i send them an email, the same email gets sent 5 or 6 times throughout the day. They receive it late at night also, when im obviously not on the internet. This is not happening with any other company that i send emails to, so i starting to think the problem is on their end. Anyone have any suggestions? Do I need to adjust something in hotmail? Do i need to have their IT look into it?

Do you use hotmail's web interface?
Or a client such as Outlook? If so, please specify which client software, and what version you are using.

 

No i do not use outlook. I just use the regular hotmail. I go to hotmail.com and thats what i use.

 

Then the problem is almost certainly with the receiving end.

However, for the sake of thoroughness, you may want to provide some feedback to the Hotmail administration.
