Help needed

how can i/do i remove coolwebsearch browser hijacker?i have installed cws shredder,mini coolwebsearch smart killer these 2 dont even detect it! ,adaware,spybot search & destroy,spy subtract these all detect it but dont remove them.I have tried to remove manually ,but being a complete illiterate am having problems finding some reg entries eg typlib- what ?using regedit i couldnt see/find it, I found and removed all the other regvalues/regkeys except this one.This is the homepage it makes me have http://t.swapx.cc/h.php?aid=574
it also stops me accessing my email account.

If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.
