I'm not really sure what category this topic falls under, so what the hell.

I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced something like this.

After 1-2 minutes connected to any interactive feature on the net, be it getting downloads off a site, or on a messanger, or in any kind of board games room where you engage others, I am booted/the connection is terminated.

I've run all the various scans/virus checks/updated patches for my format blah blah and still it persists. I've given my ISP a call and they've said it may be a line problem and if it persists to call them back. Other than that, I'm out of ideas. Anyone experienced anything similar?

I should add, the only problem I encounter with 'static' net pages is that sometimes when i either refresh, or click onto a link in a page, I get the "this page cannot be displayed" error page come up. An immediate subsequent refresh of that takes me to the page I was initially after. Since this has only just started happening, I'm assuming its connected to the connective problem.

ok, I was downloading something off the net and happened to click a link on a static page I had up at the same time and at that precise point the download got disrupted, and the incidence I have quoted above occured at the same time. So rather than this merely being an "interactive' problem, I can describe this now as almost like a hiccup that goes through anything I have going and disrupts it.
