Help! nForce Systemboard drivers

Hi
I have recently upgraded my system and have no problems with anything until I try to install my nForce systemboard drivers. I tried installing the sysboard drivers before I installed anything else. After I had installed my remaining drivers Windows hangs on the logo screen and the scrolling bar freezes.

I tried installing all my drivers first and then the sysboard drivers and Windows hangs on the logo screen and the scrolling bar freezes. What am I doing wrong and do I need to load the sysboard drivers at all? I have got the latest version from ASUS and Nvidia's website but nothing works.

in system board you have some drivers for installing as Sound, lan, NF driver..... would you tell us when you install it hangs on or after You install and restat computer. do you know what driver that you have installed in computer at the time make your computer hangs on for?
