Okay, heres the problem. I had the aurora/nail/Drpmon virus thingy and I downloaded Hijackthis and Aurora remover. It said to fix the randon key in the registry w/hijackthis. I brought it up and followed the directions but I didn't see the file i was supposed to see HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run anywhere so I think what I was supposed to fix was BHO. After I fixed it I went to look for my system32 file and delete the random key name in the system32 directory...my system32 folder is no longer on my computer. It's empty and I can't find it. Where did it go? I know there were a lot of files in there so it's probably important to find. I searched my computer and it wasn't there. All of the searches came up empty. What should I do? How do I find it or can I even get it back at all?

Probably hidden. Enable Hidden Files and Folders, under tools>folder options.

Your system cannot function without a system32 folder. And seeing how you are posting....;)
