Help--Not indexed by Google nor Yahoo

Hi there,

My website is online for more than one week. I have done the sitemap.xml and also robots.txt, Why is it still not indexed by any Search Engine?

The website is http://recovery-programs.com

I am not clear about the indexing. Some friends who got website told me that their website has been indexed just online for 2 or 3 days.

Why it took so long for me? Anybody help?

PS. to webmaster, If I posted it on a wrong place, please forgive me since it is my first post on this forum.

Some info that may help to understand the problem

1, domain name provided by name.com
2, hosting provided by godaddy Linux hosting.

 

I do not believe the formula for getting your web site to appear as a result of a Google search, is well known. If you think about it, you can understand why Google would not publish the method for their web site indexing. Generally, if your site is interesting (meaning being visited by many people) or if several sites have links to your site or if your site has several links to other sites, then your site will become more "interesting" and more apt to show up in a Google search.

Perhaps creating a google site map would assist them in crawling your page. I know that i use the google Analytics tools, and they are really nice info gathering tools.
