Help! Opera Isn't Loading

I can't sign into the Target website thru my Firefox, so I thought I'd try Opera. I last used it around 2/3/26 and it was fine. But now I can't get it to open. I click on the icon, try to open it thru Search, but nothing happens. I've tried restarting my computer, but nothing. It's like it's not even there!
I'm using an old desktop, one that can't handle the changes to Microsoft, but everything seemed fine until now.

 

Uninstall opera and reinstall it. For better help from people way more knowledgeable then me on here, you need to give more information about your PC. Name brand, model number, basic specs, what operating system it has.
