Help please i have no sound

Good morning all i was just wondering if anybody could help me? I deleted a few things on my pc foolishly And lost everything. I had someone come and repair it back to a working state because all i had was a black screen saying no ntrdl?? That is fixed now but there is no sound coming out my p.c
I've looked up a few forums and it seems i need an audio drive? But idont know how to find the one i need On the back of my tower it says u2ow/sun and Imeadia MC/1538
Can anybody help, Thank you in advance

Good morning thank you for your response I downloaded the driver Scanner and it says i have 14 out dated drivers? But i need to purchase things to fix them? How much will that cost?
Also i am not very computer knowledgeable so i need you to explain to me in simpler terms please. Where would i find the spec of my pc? Thank you
