Help please i'm so freaked out

I'm so freaked out I just got this IM on AOL and I don't know what it means. (It is from AOL though)


AOL System Msg [3:39 PM]: Your AOL screen name (*********) is now signed into AOL(R) Instant Messenger (TM) in 2 locations. Click here for more information.



What does this mean? Someone has my password? I have not given it out to anyone!
Someone has signed onto AIM with my screen name? I have just changed my password... but this is bothering me so much. What should I do?

 

Ha yes i'm sure I sounded paranoid.
I think i've gotten the problem figured out.
