Help Please Me Udstand Hijackthis Log

I don't understand my hijackthis log could someone please help. I have it save if anyone wants to see it.

What sort of problems are you having. Give symptoms and computer specs (OS etc...).

my computer has been running very slow. If i hold ctrl-alt-delete nothing happens i ran hijackthis but i don't know what good or bad in the log

 

Did you try the Tutorial?

You should run through this before HJT because it will remove a lot of crap that would otherwise show up in your log and make it more difficult to deal with!
Make sure to be in Safe Mode with the Viewing of Hidden Files Enabled. System Restore (if you have it - you didn't give OS. Is it Windows XP?) should be off.
Make sure to do the Online Scans.

a computer running slow could be almost anything
but if you belisve it to be a virus or ad/ware related and you have done the tutorials
please do post your log as a .txt file
just make sure that all un needed running process are not running
internet explorer, system tray items, background items
and your HJT app is in its own folder an not on the desktop
