help please!! Multiple problems

    Ok
    OS --> Windows XP (tablet edition)
    COmputer --> Acer TravelMate C100 (tablet PC)

    Problem --> I play media (.MP3 or .WAV) they play on my player (windows media player and realplayer) but the sound does not come out of my speakers i also tried with a headset it also did not work
    It is not on mute wut can i do???

    a virsud scan indicated i have these but they can not be CLEANED can i deleted the specific file i was told for each?? or wut method could i use to remove these 2 trojans
