I've checked previous posts about this problem but none of them have been able to fix this problem. I have S&D, Ad-aware, and spysweeper but none of them seem to be able to fix it. The only way im able to track it down is by nortans anti virus. People say just delete it from add or remove programs but i can't find it there. Also there have been several topics showing a download about a program that can get rid of it. But its only a free scan not a free removal. Im just looking for a quick removal of this program because this is the only adaware/spyware showing up on my 3 scans. Any help would be appreciaited.

Also thank you for this wonderful site it has help my dad's computer and mine.
Agian any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

I do not see a problem. You may need to tell me specifically what is wrong. FYI, a lot of these things are not needed unless you use them quite regulalry:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MMTray] C:\Program Files\MUSICMATCH\MUSICMATCH Jukebox\mm_tray.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MsnMsgr] "C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\MsnMsgr.Exe" /background
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Steam] C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe -silent
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [AIM] C:\Program Files\AIM\aim.exe -cnetwait.odl

Aside from that, you have too many spyware things running. I would pick your favorite and not run 3 or 4 of them. I count 5 instances. Like anti-virus, its not a good idea to run these at the same time.

Nothing out of the ordinary is going wrong but i have noticed my computer going slow. Basically your saying that there isnt anything wrong?
Thanks for the feedback. But i thought the more the merrier, becuase if one didnt detect something. Then maybe the other programs did.
I dont know how to get rid of this then. I'll just ignore it then on my next scan.

BTW: maybe all these anti spyware programs are causing my printers to not print? or is that just a networking problem?

    Thanks agian for the help.

Not sure on the printer, you could ask that on the hardware or networking forum as were into a whole new problem. Your only problem I see without your sytem specs is too many unneeded startup items as mentioned, and too many spyware tools on startup. Theres a good chance they are conflicting and especially slowing down your web surfing. Frankly, from what I have seen most of those are pretty poor at live scanning. I would be sure you installed Spyware Blaster and try a tool like PestPatrol for live scanning.
