Help Please - Runtime Error with Internet Explorer

    For the last few days I keep getting this message popping up saying runtime error - something about asking to close unexpectedly and then it closes my internet explorer. Sometimes it restarts straight away other times it doesn't. I'm assuming I may have a virus or something can anyone help please
