Help Please! Slass.exe?

I Have a file called Slass.exe, it has a blue icon, its in the system32 folder, and its very annoying, it keeps on comming up in taskmanger as a procces and uses 90-100% of the CPU, i can just end task it, but it comes back agin when i open anything, i have 3 virus scanners, spy docter, NoAdware and Xoftspy. all 3 scanners cant find it, if i delete it, and leave it in the recycle bin, programs always go to open with, until i restore it, i tried disabling system restore(still is disabled), also when it comes up in task manager, its called BitDaemon. help will very helpful, fell free to ask more questions concerning this

first off Uninstall NoAdware immediately via Add/Remove programs as it is NOT a legitamate spyware remover...

 

None of your scanners are trustworthy.All are big fakes.Uninstall them and try the suggestions here http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=44525
And slass.exe is an unknown file but lsass.exe is valid windows file.

 

yes i am sure its not lsass.exe i know that file, its a system file.
Edit: all my scanners are gone.

i am 100 % sure its not lsass, and i already tried googling slass.exe, that didnt help, exept it made find this site coz another guy has talked about it b4, but i dont think its related
