Help please with Hijack this

    I have numerous pop ups that I don't know why they are on my puter. I go through Yahoo so to prevent them and still get them anyway. My computer to shut down, I have to press Ctrl while I click on close.
    I ran Hijack this because I don't know what else to do.
    I also have new net domains in my control panel I tried to delete and it won't let me. HELP!!
    I have a copy of the file of the hijack this if any one can tell me what to delete.
