Help, Please, With O&o Shutup 10

I have just noticed (please see attached image) that O&O ShutUp 10 has disabled Windows Defender. Why would it do this? When I point my cursor to Windows Defender in the list in O&O ShutUp 10 it even recommends in the dialogue box that pops up that Windows Defender is important and should not be disabled. Windows Defender is my antiviral software, so if O&O ShutUp 10 disables it I have none.

P.S. In O&O ShutUp 10 I have it set to "Apply all recommended settings and limited recommended settings", i.e. the yellow triangle.

All these tweaking programs should be used carefully
