Help please

my husbands computer wont let him download anything ... he's tried to download real player and this is what he gets .... cant create folder 0/0LOCAL_APPDATA0/0\google\custombuttons ... what do we need to do

and also it wont let him completely download his aol ... and other programs .. i've tried to clean his puter and he's reformatted several times this just started last week ... he has hp puter windows xp and we just downloaded internet 7 and service pak 2 ... but still no folders or any downloads ... so i need help please

By any chance do you have Google-related products installed?
Dont mind me askin, but why do you want to install AOL? You have dialup?

Thank You i'll Send a new thread at the post you sent me too this is so aggravating when a puter wont do what it should ... and u try all u think u know to do ... i was thinking he might need to download a program or file to allow this but not sure what to do .... thx Ex
