help please

    i have installed "cyberhawk" but now i want to uninstall
    i have tried twice in normal mode and twice in safe mode
    i think its usin no more nails and wont leave
    any ideas simple enough for an idiot to do

    Go into the Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > Administrative Tools > Services.

    Look for the Cyberhawk service and end it. Then try and remove Cyberhawk using Add/Remove.

    If it will not let you stop the service in normal mode try safe mode.
