   Okay, this is maybe an off-topic question.. I'm trying to hook my surround sound system to my tv and through my ps2, whats the best way to do so? I remember doing it through a VCR once, but i heard that messes with the quality, What are some other ways?

   Why surround sound through the PS2? Why not run the PS2 through the surround sound then to the tv?
