Help Please

I was wondering if someone can help me with a few problems. I have adzgalore pop-ups and I'm getting aupd.exe asking to start. I've also got another one I think it was tmpd.exe asking to start. If someone has the time to help me through this I would really like the help. I would really like to get this fixed today if possible. I've posted this question before but I can't find the post. I have also lost some of the icons on my desktop unfortunatly I can't remember which ones.
