help please

hello i am new to this site and useless with computers but what i need help with is this , i registered with a site i can log on okay but when i go into look at the pictures i can read what it says under it ok but when i click on the box to see the photo all i get is the box with a little box inside it with a red cross in it ,i do every thing what i should do but get nothing but a blank box dont know if its me or computer it must be me i am definitely computer thick :confused so please someone help me from a :confused person in southyorkshire barnsley thanks marion

Generally that happens when the pics were not loaded properly or you have a slow INTERNET connection. You can try refreshing the page sometimes it will work.

that means that it can't find the pictures.

hi lev thanks got it sorted got a kid off street who knew something about computers it was my norton security they did not have computers when i went to school in stoneage thanks marion
