help please!!!

:cryi have an inspiron laptop.i recently let my sis borrow it and wen i got it back ad like 600 sumthin viruses and trojans and everything else under the sun u can think of.i started to clea them up but my comp was so slow and so many pop ups i jus shut it down. later i trun it back on and a black screen comes on that says'loading pbr descriptor 2 a disk read error ocurred press ctrl alt del to restart'. so naturally i did that but same screen came back on. and everytime i do that smae screen comes on. i already ran diagnostics and all tess passed. ive also tried erasing and restoring but htat only takes me as far as confirming that i anna restore then same blk screen comes back on. ive tried all the f keys already and got the same outcome.i dont know wat else to do.also i do not have the startup discs that came w/the computer.any help will b greatly appreciated. h
