Help...please!!!

i reformatted my sister's computer & like a dimbulb forgot to save the sound drivers, i can't find them anywhere. i downloaded & installed Everest & went to the sites the recommend but to no avail. i'm attaching the Everset report in hopes that someone, anyone can help me out.

OK. You came to the right place equipped with the right report! Excellent. First you need to download and install your chipset drivers by clicking here. You will be prompted to reboot the PC when the install is done, so do it. Then download and install your sound driver from this link. Even if it doesn't prompt you to, go ahead and restart the PC after the install has completed.

thanks so much. i downloaded the chipset drivers but the link for the sound drivers won't work...any ideas

hey again...
alright so I got the sound working. i took the name of the sound file in the link & googled it & found the file & voila...we have sound. YOU ROCK!!!

i have now 2 other small problems I hope you can help with. in the device manager i still have 2 question marks, 1 under Network Controller & the other under PCI Simple Communications Controller.

any ideas on how or what will fix those?
