A search engine caled "heretofind.com" has installed itself onto my comp. I use aol but I can only access sites that are on my favourties, IE doesn't work either. I can't get on any other sites because heretofind.com comes up instead. How do I get rid of this as it is really annoying and I need to use search engines for college work, but I can't at the moment because of heretofind.com.

I read your thread that you must read before you ask for support, but on one of the steps where you have to disable "network security service" or "workstation netlogon service" I couldn't find either. I found something called "workstation" though. I have windows XP.

    Any help appreciated.

Did you stop doing the tutorial or did you complete it? Heretofind should have been removed if you did all the steps. You can skip steps where you can not find something.
