help please

I have done everything on the do this first page. trend micro,symantic, and mcafee found nothing. spybot always finds haxdoor-h but can never fix it completely. ad aware found nothing.rav found a few backdoor32/haxdoor.ac from a file named vtd_16.exe(which i know is bad) but didn't clean it. trojan scanner was unable to scan system volume and couldn't find this file c:/windows/startmenu/programs/hoyler. avast couldn't scan these which three for sure are spyware:

i also ran hijack this an nothing suspicious was on there

how can i get rid this problem please help thanks

ok first copy the hijack this log and put it up unless your an expert at it and know theres nothing wrong, and did you try taking off the system restore and then scan and fixing the problem?

 

i am not an expert but i read the tuturial and everything on there i recognize. but here it is anyway
