help please!!

hey i think i may have a virus that norton doesnt pick up for some reason? it seems to be stealing space on my hard drive for example if when i switch my computer on i may have say 300MB and over the course of 5/10 minutes this will slowly decrease to about 0-500KB! any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, matt
